Unhappy Customer!
After much research due to my husbands bad hip, we choose this tour over a month before we were flying into Vegas, 5 days before the tour we got a call that they wanted to know if we could go on the tour the day before instead of our scheduled day, well no, we were not going to be there that day. Reason for cancellation was they said due to heavy rains the van had a roof leak, I am curious why we could go in the same van the day before but not the day after, was it not going to leak that day? Our whole reason for coming was to see the Grand Canyon...entire trip was ruined. Would not use this tour group again...unprofessional in the fact he called and texted me, even said no one other than his wife was ever that mad at him. Dude...you ruined our day. Thanks!

Super Organized Tour!
Everything was planned perfectly. The driver/tour guide was extremely knowledgeable! He explained every part of the day clearly and every part of what he said was accurate! It made this day enjoyable for us as tourists to not have to worry about a thing!

Best part of our trip
This was by far the best part of our entire trip to Vegas. From the time we were picked up at the Venetian until we were dropped back off there; nothing but fun and professionalism. This is definitely the way to go if you’re looking for a day adventure while in the Vegas area

Amazing experience
What a trip! I booked this with it being a small group,didn’t fancy the large bus trip. So glad I didn’t,transport was excellent. WiFi and reclining seats made it so comfortable. Chris our tour guide was excellent talking us through everything brilliantly. He was really informative and we really enjoyed listening to him. It was definitely the best day of our trip the Grand Canyon is amazing. You have enough time when you’re there you don’t feel rushed at all. So if you’re thinking of doing a trip this is the perfect one to choose. I will be using them again when I’m back in vegas!!

We had a great time during our Our tour guide is very welcoming and very friendly. Me and my husband met new friends.We plan to go for another trip in LA next time.It was a great experience seeing Grand Canyon for the first time and Hoover Dam as well. Thank you for a great expwrience in this tour.

We went on the Grand Canyon Skywalk and Hoover dam tour on the 16 January 2024 This trip was amazing from the start to the finish.The tour guide we had was called Alfonso we had breakfast provided for and food and drinks all day the knowledge of Alfonso about the Hoover dam and the Grand Canyon was in so much detail .Alfonso was with you all day he took photos of you he could not do enough for you Alfonso spent all day with you and he gave you plenty of of time in the location to take photos your guide told you about the history of the dam and the Grand Canyon. When you were travelling to your location everything you passed Alfonso would also tell you about the places you passed and her things started out in vegas to how the Hoover dam and Grand Canyon actually started .We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Alfonso he is a credit to the company and the information he gives you is outstanding if you ever book this trip ask for Alfonso you will not be disappointed he gives 100% and nothing is of any trouble for him best guide I have ever used would definitely recommend Alfonso there is nothing he-doesn’t not know about this tour he is so very knowledgeable money well worth spent we would give him 10 out of 10 thanks Alfonso was the best day Neil and Joanne

Im going to write two seperate reviews as we had two separate drivers during our trip. But Eli was absolutely amazing!! Super informative and entertained us throughout our journey by telling us a lot about the history of las vegas and the desert. 5* service from us

A great day to see the most amazing places! Santa Monica beach and pier were incredible! We are staying in Vegas so it was a nice break from the strip and we had the bonus of feeling the sand beneath our feet. The restaurant we were supposed to dine in for dinner had an issue but the issue was sorted very quickly and we ate nice food at a different restaurant.
Rodeo Drive was incredible! You don’t get long here, and for somewhere as special as Rodeo Drive it would be nice to have longer but we completely understand that there is so much to fit in to a small amount of time plus long journeys either side of the tour.
The Walk of Fame - a great experience to see the stars and the famous names. This is the place to get souvenirs on your trip, the streets are lined with reasonably priced souvenir shops.
The Mercedes mini bus was extremely comfy and we felt safe the whole time. Charging points and WiFi available on the mini bus! Snacks and water available at all times and plenty of restroom breaks along the way there and back.
Eli was full of information and had a wealth of information about Beverly Hills, Hollywood and beyond.

This tour was great just as expected as I had read the reviews. Our tour guide, Eli, was very knowledgeable and shared many fun facts. The commute to CA took a while but well worth it. I went on a Sunday, so traffic was not as heavy as usual per Eli. At any rate we visited several sites and enjoyed the sights. I highly recommend this tour!!

We had an awesome time on our day trip to Los Angeles our driver was Jose he was a great driver and could navigate the LA traffic with ease he was very knowledgeable of the area and made us feel safe and comfortable. Cali was beautiful and I’m ready to go back really soon.

Never been to LA and you only have one free day in LV?

Though I am giving a 4 out of 5, this has nothing to do with the company. Jose, our driver did a really good job by taking us to all stops and explaining what we were about to visit. A few things to bear in mind.

1) The trip itself is super long. Leaving LA, there is always traffic and that can be tedious.
2) if you plan on using your electronics, make sure to bring a charger (there are outlets) since the battery most like it is dead getting back.
3) Make sure that you ask for your guide’s phone number in case something happens
4) I would have breakfast before getting on the bus
5) there has been once that there wasn’t a stop for three hours. If you need to use the bathroom, let the driver know in advanced.

Most importantly,

6) if you are done with Vegas and you have never been to LA and you want to kill that day, this is a really good option

A super cool way to spend the day!

This was a great way to spend a day in Las Vegas! Our tour guide was Matt and he was GREAT! We learned a lot of facts and history along the trip and he had a good playlist to make the trip more fun! He pointed out all kinds of landmarks like the largest thermometer in the world! We got some super fun pictures at some really iconic spots and our teenage daughter thought the walk down Rodeo drive was the best!!! We met some great people on our tour. Matt arranged lunch for us at an ocean view restaurant in Santa Monica which was perfect! He made everything so easy. We did a little shopping in Hollywood. The ride is very comfortable and clean! I would recommend a neck pillow for the trip back to Vegas… it was a life saver for me! We left our hotel at 6am and arrived back at the hotel at 8 pm. Sundays are a great day to take the tour… lots less traffic and less time on the road! Highly recommend this tour!
