2013 has been a pretty delicious year and I am so excited to bring you LeMoine Family Kitchens Top Recipes of 2013. I am so incredibly thankful for all of you and your continued support here on my little blog. I hope you find meals you’d love to create for your family as these are all meals we’ve shared as a family. Be adventurous in the kitchen, try new things, experiment and most important have fun!!!

So here we go, in no special order, these are the top viewed recipes from 2013. May 2014 bring even more delicious eats! Pinterest has been so amazing, so many amazing finds on there and now you can save all of LFKs recipes too!

Turkey Meatloaf Marsala

This is such a fun twist on the traditional chicken marsala and a really nice way to fancy up a meatloaf. The sauce is so incredibly easy to make but the flavor is wonderful! A favorite in our house!

Chicken is great! A lean protein that will take on whatever flavor you like. This marinade is full of garlic, fresh and dried herbs and lemon. Perfect basic chicken marinade.

Steak Carnitas

This dish was honestly one of my favorite meals this year. Its easy thanks to the slow cooker, the meat is incredibly tender, the sweet peppers and the cilantro rice… its perfection!

Linguini with Sun dried Tomato Pesto

Pesto is so much more then just the basic basil pesto. Pestos can be made from any number of ingredients. This one is packed with garlic, sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Quick to make, perfect weeknight meal!!

Southwest Egg Rolls

These baked egg rolls are filled with cilantro pesto, corn, red peppers and beans. Perfect picky food or side dish… a great one for super bowl?!?!

Cilantro Lime Shrimp

I love shrimp because they cook up super fast and like chicken take on any flavor. I served these with those southwest egg rolls and some fresh guacamole! Delicious!!!

Asian Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs are such a great budget friendly cut of meat. They tend to keep their moisture much better then breasts.

Yes the box mac and cheese is quick and easy but homemade is so much better and nothing fake here! Give this a try and you may never go back to the box!

I love love love these and thankfully so do the boys! These are pretty fool proof thanks to Bisquick. They are baked not fried and are great as a side dish or snack!

Drool right? I made this for my birthday last year and its just amazing! Its a play on the combo of salty and sweet which i absolutely love!!!

Chicken Brown “Fried” Rice

A great alternative to take out. Save yourself the money and calories!

One dish meal! Love it, throw everything into a baking dish, pop in the oven and bam, dinner!

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Winner!!!! This recipe went pin crazy! So thankful for all of the Pinterest sharing this one got because it is really really good!!! If you prefer a little spice you can add in some crushed red pepper flakes.

Slow Cooker Pasta e fa*gioli

Do we see a pattern? Slow cooker recipes got a lot of loving! My slow cooker got so much use this year {especially the week my stove was broke} that the handle melted off! This classic Italian soup comes together so easily and is such a wonderful comfort soup!

Braised Chicken with Artichoke Hearts and Olives

Another rustic Italian dish here. One pot, tons of flavors and beautiful!

Summer Corn Salad

Yes, its winter but we can dream of warmer weather and fake it in the kitchen with this delicious corn salad.

This is heaven in a bowl! Lean ground chicken, tons of veggies and really fresh flavors!!!

I love this one too!! Its been featured on Foodista & Daily Buzz Food. A fun twist on meatloaf and you get to sneak in veggies too! These are great to make a large batch and freeze.

I think this one is the biggest surprise to me. This one went pin crazy as well and I love it because its so simple but the flavor combo is a favorite of mine.
