Good Morning and Happy 4th of July!!

Since the release of vanilla Shakeology I have been for the lack of words,OBSESSEDwith trying all the new recipes! I’ve decided to start compiling them here for you! As I love them I will update this page with more. If you find a vanilla recipe that you love please share it in the comments section. If you share your recipe I will try it! For every recipe you share I will enter your name into a drawing to win a free cleanse kit that will be given away on the last day of the month!!! Your choice of vanilla, chocolate, tropical strawberry, greenberry or vegan chocolate!

What can Shakeology do for you?
It is not just a protein shake, it is a meal replacement shake that has the correct combination of proteins to carb ratio in order to few your body for energy, optimal health, weight loss and more! It’s a nutrient dense drink that will provide you with nutrition to keep you healthy!! It is that one meal a day that you don’t have to think about. It’s that one meal that when you are running late and have a choice between the drive thru and a shake or breakfast vs no breakfast its a wise choice to choose the Shakeology. It doesn’t take like dirt or a gritty mess like some people think. It actually is really delicious and you have the option to add in flavor not with artificial sweeteners but instead with real fruit, juice and peanut butter (UMM)!! Shakeology ingredients are not processed. Even though it’s in a powder form which would lead some to think it is processed, it is not. You can buy every single ingredient in the grocery store and blend it up to make the same Shakeology. But it would cost you a pretty penny! I drink Shakeology every day not to lose weight but to maintain my health because I do not always get my daily recommended servings of fruit and veggies even though I try my hardest. I know that this is bridging the gap and keeping me on the right track. We only get one shot to take care of our bodies and I’m doing it right!

Just opened my very first pack and couldn't try it plain! I didn't measure because I use the Ninja "single" serve blender container.
    Fresh squeezed OJ
    Frozen banana
    Pineapple chunks
Scoop of plain non-fat greek yogurt
…looking forward to seeing more recipes here!

The Apple Oatmeal is my #1! I really try to force myself to try other recipes and Shakeology flavors, but I'm obsessed with the Apple Oatmeal 😉

What if you don't have to blend? Any recipes that don't require blending?

Hi! I just tried the vanilla shakeology. I was looking forward to loving this but I took 1 sip and could not tolerate it. I mixed it with mango, ice, water, and 1 scoop of shakeology. It tasted very chalky. I am starting my 21 day fix next monday and I know shakeology is a big part of it. I really want to love this and follow the program all the way. I love sweet things and I would really like to know recipes I should try. I am allergic to bananas so I wouldnt be able to add that. Any suggestions?

@optomisticpessimist ok so when I first made my shakeology I didn't like it either. So if you can do almond milk use 1/2 c almond milk and 3/4 cup water. That will give it a smoother taste, then 1 scoop vanilla shakeology or 3/4 until your body adjusts. Then, do 1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter and some strawberries. Blend that up and enjoy.
The more ice the thicker it gets. If you just do 8 oz of liquid it does get chalky. So I always do 10-12 oz. The watermelon in shakeology with almond milk and water is good too. Definitely blend vs stir it. It took me a week or two to get it right. If you don't like vanilla, then chocolate is my next suggestion. It's my favorite! Good luck!! Let me know if you need anything else.

I've tried so many different recipes and a few of them are AMAZING! The PB&J is good. Here are a few I've thrown together and they are DELISH (all with 1 scoop of vanilla shakeology).
#1: 1 cup no-pulp OJ, 1/2 cup fresh pineapples, 1/4 cup almond milk and ice. Blend
#2: 1 cup 1% chocolate milk, 2 Tbsp all natural peanut butter, ice. Blend
#3: 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 tsp imitation butter, 1 1/2 Tbsp fat-free, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, ice. Blend
#4: 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 tsp strawberry extract, 1 1/2 Tbsp fat-free, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, ice. Blend
#5: 1 cup 1% milk, 1 1/2 Tbsps Oreo pudding mix, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, ice. Blend
    ENJOY!!!
